What is the duration of symptom that is crucial, is it acute or chronic (more than months)? If you have history chronic -then You should do at least two investigations Complete Blood Count and Thyroid profile (TSH).

If your symptoms are of few days then you had a viral episode. Take plenty of fluid/juice, adequate rest, more calorie intake. It will recover within a week
